According to Matt Law, Chelsea might sign Pochettino’s preferred striker in the upcoming summer transfer window
You can tell there is another transfer window now right around the corner, because things are really starting to bubble up again at Chelsea Football Club.
Indeed, things are happening once again, even after Chelsea have been the biggest spenders across the last three transfer windows. They don’t appear to be slowing up yet.
In fact, they seem to be targeting a new marquee striker to lead the line and are wanting someone elite.
Ivan Toney of Brentford and Victor Osimhen of Napoli are the two who are mentioned the most at the moment, and there is clearly interest there.
The reliable Matt Law of The Telegraph has been on a Podcast this week, as seen in full below, speaking about the striker situation.
He believes that Osimhen will be Mauricio Pochettino’s first choice striker, and he really thinks the current Napoli man will end up at Stamford Bridge this summer!
